Violet graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics with Honours and completed an accredited internship at Kelowna General Hospital in Kelowna. Violet believes that food should bring nourishment and enjoyment to life. She combines evidence-based nutrition with personalized lifestyle changes to support her clients. Her approach is deeply rooted in balance, collaboration and sustainability. Violet is happy to assist you in either English and or Mandarin, resources will be provided in English. Outside of work, Violet enjoys travelling and trying different cuisines around the world. She also loves being in nature and enjoy activities such as hiking and camping in the summer months.
